Quick news on a update released yesterday.

As per usual, the patcher will do it's thing the next time you start the game.

Users no longer have to manually restart the Launcher to get the latest version. * The Launcher now adds itself to the Windows firewall exceptions so that the optimal settings are applied. * The Launcher now automatically limits the upload rate, by default, when downloading a patch using Peer to peer. * The Launcher will now prompt the user if they want to restart patching after enabling or disabling Peer to peer. * The Launcher now saves its settings to the local application data folder. * Fixed several potential crashes.
